Hakeem Temidayo Seriki (born November 28, 1979), better known by his stage name Chamillionaire (), is an American rapper. He began his career in Houston's hip hop scene in the late 1990s. He was briefly signed with the local record label Swishahouse until forming the hip hop duo Color Changin' Click with labelmate Paul Wall in 2002. The two signed with Houston's Paid in Full Entertainment to release the collaborative album Get Ya Mind Correct (2002), which entered the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
Seriki signed with Universal Records as a solo act in 2005. His debut studio album, The Sound of Revenge (2005), peaked within the top ten of the Billboard 200 and received critical praise, along with his second album, Ultimate Victory (2007). The former was preceded by the singles "Ridin'" (featuring Krayzie Bone) — which peaked atop the Billboard Hot 100 and won Best Rap Performance at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards — and "Turn It Up" (featuring Lil' Flip), while the latter was preceded by "Hip Hop Police

Hailing from White City, West London, 24-year-old rapper Lord Apex (aka Sensei, Yardie Miyagi, or AP) has become an underground favourite thanks to his compellingly laid-back style. His early offerings were influenced by his favourite producer/rappers J Dilla, Madlib, MF DOOM; leading to the 2018 S.O.I.L. EP produced by The Kount; through to more fully-formed records culminating in 2019’s Smoke Sessions Vol 2 (streamed > 6m times) with highlights like Spliff In the Morning (2m YouTube views) and EM3 (1.4m views). Early Life and Education
Seiki was born in the 1980s in Ikosi Ejirin local government, Lagos State, Nigeria. He was born into a family of three siblings: two boys and a girl. He attended Ayetoro Grammar School in Ebute Metta, Oyingbo, Lagos State, and graduated in 2004. He also got admission to the Petroleum Training Institute in Warri, Delta State, where he studied industrial safety and graduated with an Ordinary National Diploma in 2006.
He later proceeded to the Lagos State University (LASU) on a part-time programme,where he studied Business Administration.
Career
Seriki started with an interest in music and comedy while in secondary school, and he also attended and won several street music competitions in his early days, but never thought of going professional with music until he was through with schooling. He has been in close contact with Dehide Fajana, who was 9ice manager since he was in secondary school, and who later introduced him to 2phate and ID Cabassa. And Cabassa later introduced him to 9ice.
