Katia Gomez is an actress who has been performing for over 20 years. She portrayed Dinora, the woman found stabbed, on Chicago Fire. Her other TV/film acting credits include The Heartbreak Cafe, Dame Chocolate, A Chance to Love, Vendors, Eli, Good Trouble, Tell It Like a Woman, and Bosch: Legacy. [1]

Cherry Hill Films was founded by Katia Gomez in 2008.  The Company had its beginnings as The Friendly Learning Theatre Company providing educational hands-on storytelling programs for children in the South Florida area.  

Katia is an actress, producer and content creator that was born in Miami, Florida. She graduated from Florida International University with a bachelors and masters in Accounting. Over the years, her love for the theater and performing arts grew into a passion. She later studied Meisner at Act One Studios, Improv at Chicago's Second City, performed in various Chicago theaters and participated in a variety of acting master classes in Los Angeles. 

The company's focus then evolved into the development and production of film and media content dedicated to the art of telling multicultural stories that tug at your heart.
