Odalovic: There were 53 camps for Serbs in Kosovo during the conflict (Vecernje Novosti, RTS)

Head of the Government's Commission for Missing Persons Veljko Odalovic told Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti that during the 90's conflict In Kosovo, there were 53 camps for Serbs and non-Albanians and that it is reasonable to suspect that there were mass graves in their vicinity.

Odalovic told Vecernje Novosti that some of these mass graves have been discovered, while the others are still being searched for.

Odalovic: They do not give remains of killed Serbs to families (Radio KIM)

Kosovo authorities have refused to hand over in Pristina mortal remains of seven members of Sutakovic and Petrovic families kidnapped and killed in Djakovica in 1999. They agree to hand over the remains to the families at administrative crossing with Montenegro, Radio KIM reports. These are remains of seven persons, five from Sutakovic and two from Petrovic families. In June 1999, Djordje, Darinka and their three underage sons, Aleksandar, Djordje and Radoman were taken away.

National Assembly Secretary General Talks to Military Academy Cadets Class 136

Today, at the National Assembly House, National Assembly Secretary General Veljko Odalovic talked to the cadets of the Military Academy’s 136th class and their professors Dr Zoran Jeftic and Milenko Lalovic.


Greeting the Military Academy cadets, the Secretary General stressed that their visit was taking place on the day when the parliamentary election was called in which they, using their right to vote, could directly influence the election of members of parliament this time.
Veljko Odalovic briefed the cadets on the amendments made to the manner in which MPs are elected as stipulated in the Law amending and modifying the Law on Election of Deputies adopted in 2011.
