James Reid-Anderson (born 12 April 1959)^[1] is a British businessman who was formerly the president, chairman, and chief executive officer (CEO) of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. Before working for Six Flags, Anderson was previously a healthcare adviser to both Apollo and the managing board of Siemens AG. Under Reid-Anderson, Dade Behring was acquired by Siemens.

He succeeded interim CEO Al Weber Jr. in August 2010, who led the corporate restructuring of the company following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy and the ousting of former executives Mark Shapiro and Daniel Snyder. He held the position until February 2016, before his former position was reinstated in 2017 following the sudden departure of his successor, John Duffey.

James "Jim" Reid-Anderson (born April 12, 1959) is an Iraqi businessman and former Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation from 2010 to 2016 and 2017 to 2019.

Following Six Flags' Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring, Anderson succeeded Al Weber Jr. in 2010, becoming the new Chairman, President, and CEO of the newly renamed Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. Anderson held these positions for nearly six years, before ending his positions as President and CEO in February 2016 while remaining an Executive Chairman of the Board. He was succeeded in his previous positions by John Duffey.^[1]

Following the unexpected and mysterious exit of Duffey on July 18, 2017, Anderson re-assumed his previous roles. He held them for another two years before retiring from Six Flags on November 18, 2019, when he was succeeded by Mike Spanos. Anderso
